MANAGEMENT REQUEST MEDICALS
A
system whereby management may ask us to review any employee's fitness
to meet their job requirements at a given time. This can also include
an assessment for medical retirement or alternative job placement/adjustment.
Again
we use our expertise in understanding the person’s medical
assets and liabilities, their job requirements and the environment
in which they work.
The Process
1. Management send us a written request, which they explain to the
individual concerned before we see them.
2. We assess the individual and, where appropriate, obtain further
information from their GP and or consultant.
3. We make recommendations, normally in the presence of the individual
concerned, which we them send in a written report to management.
