PERIODIC MEDICALS
Many clients request periodic medicals. This enables each employee
to have a face-to-face discussion about any health issue, which
may be of concern to him or her. The screening also ensures that
all employees remain fit for their actual occupation, with any statutory
or company policy medical standards being incorporated into individual
medicals. Positive feedback has been a feature of this process from
all participants.
The frequency
is subject to revision according to age, job risk factors, any individual
disability etc.
